You have the freedom to change your mind and return the item within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, except for personalized items.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1. Safely pack the item to be returned (only unused items and wrappings) in a secure carton to prevent any damage during transit.

STEP 2. Include a note with the following details:

Item number and/or a brief description of the item being returned

Please ensure that all items are returned unused, with their original labels, usage instructions, leaflets, and in the original packaging. STEP 4. If you've met all the return requirements, we will process your refund within 1-5 working days. In the event that all return requirements have not been met, we will send you an email explaining why we are unable to approve your return.
