Tastes good. The pipette is clearly marked and the dosage instructions are good. I'm unsure how effective it was though. Perhaps it needs to be used for a long time to see any benefits.

This product is outstanding, as others have mentioned it does tend to make you sleepy but is fantastic for use at night for sleeping or pain relief.
