Food-Grown® Zinc blended with B vitamins provides a suite of nutrients for mind and body. Supporting cognitive function, hormone activity, fertility and hair, skin and nails, it also supports your immune system.
Ingredients: Nutrient-enhanced Lactobacillus Bulgaricus (providing Zinc), Heat-treated brown rice powder, Vegetable cellulose (capsule shell) and Nutrient-enhanced Yeast (providing Thiamin, Riboflavin and Vitamin B6).
Take one capsule per day, either in the morning or at night. It can be taken with or without food. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. For best before date and batch number, please see the base of the packaging.
