Hemp protein - nutritional values

It also contains balanced amounts of omega 3,6 and 9 fatty acids, from which (for example) linoleic acids are produced for the exchange of electric impulses in issues.

Hemp is a great source of high-quality protein, what is appreciated mostly by vegans, athletes, and people focusing on physical exercises. Our body cannot store proteins and therefore it is necessary to observe a regular intake. Hemp creates an alkaline environment in the body and is a natural source of vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6, C, D and E and contains high levels of antioxidants, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and iron. Barley gives energy, strength and increases endurance.
